Ways To Become Involved

As well as your own help you might consider getting your company/business you work for, to get involved or to donate. This could get them very valuable publicity.
Help to advertise the project. Spread the word to as many relevant forums and groups as possible.
Research similar projects, Create Overview Documents
Provide suggestions in the Forum or helpful comments on the documentation pages.
Set up and control a Source Code Version Control System (eg CVS)
Create specifications for the interfaces between software modules
Create Interface software to the Sound Card
Create Digital Signal Processor (DSP) code and interfaces to other code.
Create Code that processes the DSP output and creates likelihood that there is a mine under or near the coils.
Help to interface a GPS (Global Positioning System)
Create good display/output/logging of final results
Write User Documentation.
